Long exposure image of the surf at Werri Beach crashing over the rocks at the rock pool end of Werri - Gerringong - South Coast NSW - Australia.

Size: 55cm x 33cm Paper: Kodak Eudora Lustre Print Run: 20 Only

As a storm forms over Werri Beach as a result of cold front meeting a warm front, the coast takes on an ominous mood and is captured with a longer exposure of the surf at Werri Beach crashing over the rocks at the rock pool end of Werri - Gerringong - South Coast NSW - Australia.

Gerringong is one of those beautiful coastal towns that is the right distance off the main highway to enable it to retain a layback country style and nurture a true community spirit. Add to that the fact that its beach, Werri Beach, is renowned as the best surf beach on the NSW South Coast. Werri Beach (originally known as Ourie Beach) is a beautiful classic Australian beach with its pristine sands stretched out between two rock headlands with a magnificent rock pool on the rock shelf of the southern end and a wonderful lagoon at the northern end.
