Simon is passionate about sharing his experience visually and as such maintains an photographic veracity so the resultant image relates to his interpretation of the landscape. The image is telling the story and needs to be told truthfully and interpretively.

The style of Simon's photography is to best reproduce his 'visual experience' of the landscapes he photographs and limits digital manipulation to that which has always been historically acceptable processes that are achievable in the darkroom.

Lumieres images are available for purchase as Limited Edition prints or stock photography:

Simon's desire is to reproduce the colours, textures, and tones of the actual scene; then use the metallic paper medium to best represent that experience and enable the purchaser of his artwork to best appreciate the creative reproduction for many years to come. (100 years in typical home display)

Each image is numbered and signed by Simon and securely delivered to the customer.
